Aran Freestone AssocRICS - Lang & Stone Chartered Surveyors
Aran is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an AssocRICS Registered Valuer, carrying out residential valuations for Lang & Stone across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding area.
He has spent twenty years in the built environment, starting in architectural practice before moving into estate agency, where he carried out over 100 residential market appraisals. Aran is due to graduate from Henley Business School in December 2026 with a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance. He also holds an Investment Property Forum Diploma in Property Investment and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Bath and has lived in Bath for nineteen years.
Outside work he is a keen endurance athlete and long-distance hiker, having swum at national level, completed four Ironman events and walked the Camino de Santiago.
